Character Reservation Form [READ THIS FIRST]

Reserving one of the canon Homestuck characters is basically signing up to be a very large part of guild events. Think of it as a very complicated virtual play and you are an actor hoping to secure a certain role. The director—that’s me—has decided some set things about the role and the story you will be telling with the rest of the cast, so you should be aware that you will be required to follow instructions.

The Guild storyline is pretty much baby so I won’t be that willing to let everyone do as they like 24/7. There will be some character bios to read later on when I have more time to post them, so if you plan to reserve a character, I think it would be a better idea to wait a bit.

Bear in mind that your role playing will be a bit more restricted than in most RP groups. This is because we’re telling a story and I kind of need more than a handful of people to pull it off. There will be no side blogs, but you will be asked to keep logs of your participation and turn them in once a month so that they can be added to the Guild blog.

These will also become a series of fan fictions that will be posted here, so I need all applicants to understand that I am basically asking for a lot of people to help me write the Guild storyline. To play as a canon character you MUST be okay with me using your RP posts for things like that.

Fantrolls and kids are a whole new ballpark so I will make a separate post about them, but basically, non-canon character applications will automatically be sorted into a Nation. Sort of like Harry Potter, but not quite.
